Please note that a "referral" or "script" for physical therapy is required in order to receive physical therapy treatment. It can come from an MD, DO, physician's assistant, dentist, podiatrist, adv. nurse practitioner, or chiropractor in any state. New regulations allow Physical Therapists to evaluate your injury without a referral and provide treatment for a limited number of days if the PT meets certain criteria. All patients without a referral must sign a disclosure form prior to treatment. At Jeff Rau’s R&R Physical Therapy all our PT's can start with treatment without a referral. 

R&R Physical Therapy is a fee-for-service clinic so payment is due in full at each session. You may send self-claims to insurance for reimbursement if desired. 

If you are booking an appointment and would like to get started earlier than the soonest available appointment, please call 817-918-3667 and mention that you'd like to be added to our cancellation list. Make sure you save our office phone number in your phone and answer if at all possible when we call.  In order to minimize confusion and multiple calls back and forth, we typically move to the next person if the call is not answered. Again, make sure you have a Referral for Physical Therapy in hand, or confirm it has been faxed to us, so that you can get started earlier if an appointment opens up.

Finally, R&R PT is a Medicare and VA Choice Provider, allowing us to treat Medicare patients and veterans with VA Choice/TriWest insurance plans.  If you are a Medicare and/or VA Choice beneficiary and would like to know if you can receive treatment at our clinic, please call us for details prior to scheduling at (817) 918-3667.
